Testimonials

“Lucien did a much better job than my previous professional painters. The coats were thick and diligently applied, and there wasn’t a mess or mistakes. The finished job looks terrific. Also, happy we discussed paint varieties as the higher quality choice, ended up being worth it.”

Andy · Victor, ID · Exterior repaint

“Lucien did a beautiful job staining a large deck. He is conscientious and wants his clients to be satisfied.”

Victoria · Victor, ID · Deck staining

“Hudson was incredibly responsive and did a phenomenal job and very quickly. It felt like we didn’t have to wait on finalizing the sale at all because of the quick work.”

Lucien Gutierrez — Hudson Development

ABOUT

Lucien Hudson Gutierrez

I grew up in a family of builders.

My great-grandfather, grandfather, and dad have all been developers, general contractors, and builders. I started in the trades at sixteen, working under my dad.

Since then I’ve worked for other contractors, owned a painting and home improvement company for more than twelve years, and spent over three years in roofing project management.

Hudson Development carries that tradition into a business of my own, under the family name.
